Ahmed has substantial legal commercial experience particularly in the areas of telecommunications, corporate, litigation, Islamic finance, banking, and capital markets. Regarding his experience in the telecommunications industry, Ahmed provides legal advice and legal research to multinational and local clients on legal matters, such as telecommunications service licenses, and mobile telephone service licenses.

Ahmed achieved the LLB from Cairo University, Faculty of Law, and admitted to practice law in Egypt in 1996.
