Mohamed is experienced in comprehensive commercial strategies and negotiations. In addition, Mohamed has extensive litigation experience in most types of construction-related claims whether they are initiated by or against owners, contractors, sub-contractors, and architects. In addition, he has a solid experience in real estate transactions, which include all types of sales, leases, mortgages, land acquisition and, registration. He also provides due diligence investigations on real states.
Mohamed admitted to practice law in Egypt in 1985.
Mohamed obtained his LL.B from Cairo University in 1984.
