SHAWKY has a substantial legal commercial experience in litigation and in preparing legal advices and legal research to multinational and local clients on subject matters, such as labor issues, agency and distribution contracts, public subscription of shares, share transfers, mortgages and pledges, tax exemptions and other guarantees and incentives under the Egyptian Investment Law. SHAWKY graduated from Ain-Shams University, Faculty of Law, in 2004 and admitted to practice law in Egypt in 2005.
