Tantawi, joined AK&P’s Litigation Department in 2015 Since then, he has been mainly working on litigation matters.  His recent work includes the procedures of companies’ incorporation as related to investment law regimes – handling amendments of companies’ statutory documents and procedures and preparing required documents for incorporation, as well as opening and dealing with matters related to branches of foreign companies with a special focus on the Corporate practice, Capital Markets and Due diligence.

Tantawi achieved the LLB, Bani- Sweif University in 2015 ، also have completed a diploma in international law in 2017.
