• Drafting and negotiating all related manufacturing, assembly, Complete Knocked Down, Local parts supply agreements and technical assistance agreements and licenses in connection therewith;

• Drafting and developing dealership agreements and policies;

• Advising a Formula One grand prix team on the full range of legal issues, including commercial, insurance, disputes and employment matters;

• Advising a world governing body of motorsport on all legal issues concerning the motorsport series that it governs, including disputes over commercial arrangements, rules and regulations breaches and corporate governance matters;

• Acting for a global vehicle manufacturer in various disputes, including dealership franchise terminations, dealership frauds, sale of goods and warranty claims, criminal prosecutions, prevention of grey import vehicles, termination of employee contracts, and a dispute with the race preparation sub-contractor for a British rally series;

• Representing a leading motorsports and technology business in the Court of Appeal on a Judicial Review application made by several parties in respect of the Council’s approval of its proposed move to new headquarters;

• Handling all the automotive industry regulatory requirement before the Industrial Development Authority, Industrial Control Authority, Consumer Protection Agency, etc.
