Hesham has a substantial legal commercial experience in litigation and in preparing legal advices and legal research to multinational and local clients on subject matters, such as labor issues, agency and distribution contracts, public subscription of shares, share transfers, mortgages and pledges, tax exemptions and other guarantees and incentives under the Egyptian Investment Law. with a current experience of over 20 years.

Hesham achieved the LLB from Cairo University, Faculty of Law, in 2002, and admitted to practice law in Egypt in 2002.
