Mohamed has gained a solid legal expertise as result of over 23 years of experience in all areas of corporate, commercial and civil laws. He is also specialized in IT and telecommunications related commercial, transactional and regulatory matters; and in particular, those with an international dimension. In addition, Mohamed is heading the corporate section in AK&P and handling matters of incorporation, M&A, and share transfer sale of shares, and liquidation of all types of companies.

Mohamed obtained his LLB from Cairo University and admitted to practice law in Egypt in 2000. Mohamed is fluent in Arabic and English.
